PAYMENTS
As a Shopify site our payment system is extremely secure. Should you have any concerns or difficulties at checkout please do not hesitate to contact us. Use the chat button to send us a message, email us at info@eqwoman.com, call 01200 426400 Monday to Saturday 10-5 and we will be happy to help.
As our site grows we are adapting new payment methods including Klarna and will update this page as soon as we have the set up.

SHIPPING
We understand when you buy anything online you want to be sure of a reliable service? We use either Royal Mail or DPD so your order is in safe hands.
We offer free delivery on all orders over the value of £75 to UK mainland.
Orders less than £75 it is £4.95 flat rate.
We normally expect delivery to you within 4-6 working days but should your order not arrive within 7 working days, please email info@eqwoman.com and we will come straight back to you.
We can send your parcel using an express service at a cost of £8.95.
Delivery of orders to anywhere outside of the UK is £12.50. We ask that you leave up to 14 working days to receive your order before contacting us.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want to keep it simple, here is what you need to know.
We hope you love your item, but should you wish to return anything pack your items carefully in suitable packaging unworn and with original labels still attached. Include the completed returns form safely inside and post pack to us at the address below.
We will then refund you the cost of your item or exchange it if that is what you have requested.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we think the item has been worn or if it arrives in an unsaleable condition.
Faulty items are inspected upon return and a refund will be processed once we are sure the items have been unworn and the fault is genuine. If you have any concerns about a faulty item please take a quick photo of it and send to info@eqwoman.com.
